Mike Smart

Mike and his team have experience working with start-ups from around the world in navigating retail and guiding them to maximize the Apple ecosystem.  Leveraging the 15+ years at Greenline with startups, his experience carries over to large enterprises looking to facilitate innovation

With a focus on customer experience and results, Mike and the Greenline team have helped iconic Apple accessory brands such as Speck, Mophie, Native Union, Wahoo and LuMee achieve accelerated growth.

Mike earned his BS in Marketing from Bentley College (now Bentley University) and earned his MBA from California State University Long Beach.  He spends his free time spending time with family, attending sporting events for their two daughters and keeping up with their four dogs.

Michael J. Crowley

Michael is Greenline’s Consultings Senior Director of East Coast Client Development, has developed, launched, marketed, and scaled production of award-winning IoT digital coaching products. He is a named inventor or co-inventor on six issued patents, and he is considered a pioneer for identifying early trends in the digital sports technology market.  His products have earned accolades for their innovation, including multiple CES International Honoree and Best of Innovation Awards and 2014 BlueTooth Innovation of the Year Finalist among others.  

Since 1995, Mike has been a founder or co-founder in multiple early-stage business and technology ventures and has helped to secure seed-stage and growth stage equity and debt financing for multiple firms.  He has significant experience and success in managing intellectual property strategy and negotiating intellectual property licensing deals.

Mike has an MBA from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and currently resides outside of Boston, MA

Jill Cleveland

Jill is an experienced marketing consultant specializing in program marketing, field marketing, customer story-telling, brand management, app UI and UX development, and project management working with Fortune 500 companies like Apple, small businesses and startups.

Jill spent 14+ years at Apple and during her time in Product Marketing, she launched several major iPhone and iPad in Business campaigns worldwide and led the expansion of Apple’s Deployment Programs for Business in over 30 different countries.

Jill earned an MBA from Santa Clara University with an emphasis in Marketing and holds a Bachelor of Science from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. She is also a black belt in the martial art of Tae Kwan Do.

Katrina Martin

Katrina is a Project Manager at Greenline and a recent grad from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. Her experience has consisted of working in the consumer electronics industry and wears many hats including product launching, vendor management, and customer experience.

She has been able to develop a strong understanding around what it takes for a business to launch their products and become successful. Working with small businesses and startups has become a passion for her as she is able to help them get into retail and be an extension of their growth.
